Group Personal Training is exercise sessions with 2-4 people (number includes you). Different from "group exercise classes," Group Personal Training encompasses clients doing different things at their own customized level of fitness or ability.
Group Personal Training includes:
- Group workout sessions
- Exercise instruction for days off
- General nutritional plans
