**This plan is recommended for someone who is On-the-go, but doesn't have a deadline to smash their fitness goals**
Group Personal Training is exercise sessions with 2-4 people (number includes you). Different from "group exercise classes," Group Personal Training encompasses clients doing different things at their own customized level of fitness or ability. 
Group Personal Training includes:
	Group workout sessions
	Exercise instruction for days off
	General nutritional plans

Virtual Five (5) 30 min sessions
