Meal Prep


Making clients healthy, happy and lean are my specialty. Meal prep is often where a lot of people fail when it come to weight loss or achieving their weight fitness goals. I am a big supporter of meal prep and or cooking enough from a previous healthy meal to cover at least 1 other meal. Below is a list of Pros and cons to meal prep:

Pros:

  • Saves you money

  • Allows you to eat healthier

  • Avoids irregular and unhealthy snacking

  • You'll get majority of the cooking done for the week

Cons:

  • Can become boring

  • Cooking for for 5 days away can be unappealing

  • Can be time consuming

  • can be exhausting
